Your Home away from home

Our brand new large BEGONIA designer home is located on a hill overlooking both the 7th green and the eighth tee of the Kilimanjaro nine of the Havana golf course with water view and a spectacular view for miles. Our home is beautifully furnished to give you all the comforts of home. The spacious Great Room provides a place to relax with a double recliner sofa. Watch TV on our large flat screen with DVD player, and use your laptop with high-speed wireless internet. There is room for your car in the garage.

Master bedroom has a king bed, TV with built-in DVD player, walk in closet, and bath with a double vanity and a walk in shower. Guest bedroom has queen bed, large closet, and adjacent full bath. The third bedroom/den has an EZGo queen-size automatically inflating mattress with support frame, a computer desk with a desktop computer ready for your use.

All linens and towels provided. Laundry room includes washer and dryer.

Enjoy an attractive, open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, right down to a grinder equipped coffee pot, and even a crock pot.

The dining area and lanai provide you with a breathtaking view of the Havana golf course and a lake.

Shuttle service is available from Orlando International airport on a daily basis at a reasonable rate.

You couldn't ask for a better location! Our home is nestled in a scenic neighborhood that features a world of golf and recreation. The Hemingway rec center, Havana Country Club, Colony Cottage regional rec center, and the new Colony Plaza shopping center are all nearby. The restaurants at the country club and Colony Plaza shopping center provide great places to enjoy an excellent meal.

There are now 28 executive courses that you can play free and 9 championship courses, at reduced rates with your temporary resident ID pass ($50 optional), within a short golf cart ride.

Rental information

No smoking/pets. Rent long term, monthly, or weekly. Utilities include electric, local telephone service, cable TV, wireless high speed INTERNET, trash removal, lawn care, garage door opener, and gate pass.

Rental Policy:

· 10% discount if booking three or more consecutive months

· $800 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking.

· $95 one-time cleaning fee.

· $50 One-time optional temporary resident ID pass.

• NINE-HOLE PLAY. Due to demand for 18-hole tee times, 9-hole play is not available until after 1:30 p.m. in the fall and winter seasons. Additionally, most mornings there are several 9-hole tee times available between 7:00 a.m. and 7:20 a.m. — daylight permitting. These times can only be scheduled by calling the golf shop. They are not available through the tee time system.

• RAIN CHECKS are only issued in the event of inclement weather. Players paying 18 holes will be issued an 18-hole rain check if they have not teed off the 5th hole. After teeing off the 5th hole they will be issued a 9-hole rain check. After teeing off the 14th hole a rain check will not be issued. Players playing 9 holes will be issued a 9-hole rain check only if they have not teed off the 5th hole.

• UNLIMITED PLAY. Tee times after the afternoon wave, approximately 4:00 p.m., include unlimited play (based on course availability) for the remainder of the day. The 9-hole rate is applicable. This includes tee times on Sundays after 2:00 p.m. at Tierra Del Sol and Orange Blossom.

NON-RESIDENT — a person(s) residing outside The Villages.

GUEST — a non-resident living outside Marion, Sumter or Lake County, or the child/grandchild of a RESIDENT who has applied for a child/grandchild pass. The GUEST must obtain an appropriate GUEST pass.
